Keith R. Myers

Keith Ray Myers, age 66, of Upper Sandusky, passed away at home surrounded by his family at 5:09 AM on Thursday, September 29, 2022.

Keith was born on October 27, 1955, in Mansfield, Ohio, to Harold and Ruby (Burge) Myers.

Keith is survived by his wife of 28 years, Rachel, his 6 children, Angel Shoemaker, Christopher (Cassandra) Myers, Catherine Mass, Amanda Myers, Nicole Myers, and April (Anthony) Gatewood, 15 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. Keith is also survived by his siblings, Carol, Jamie, Phillip, Jeff, and Nina Myers.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Ruby, as well as his brothers Mark and Cameron “Craig” Myers.

Keith worked most of his life as an Industrial Maintenance Technician at Continental Hose in Upper Sandusky, and PPT in Findlay. He often had several projects at home too.

He was an avid Buckeye’s football fan, enjoyed spending time outdoors while fishing or camping, and enjoyed communicating on his ham radio.

Most importantly, Keith loved spending time with his family, especially his kids and grandkids. Keith felt that he was truly blessed to have such a large, blended family that not only got along well, but truly loved one another deeply.

His sense of humor never faded nor did his love of life. He was supported by the love of his life right by his side – which is exactly where he wanted her to be, always.

A memorial service for Keith will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. Visitations will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 PM prior to the service on Saturday.
