Charlotte L. Justice

Charlotte Lea Justice, age 53, passed away at home in Poplar Bluff, MO, at 10:54 AM on Friday, January 20, 2023.

Charlotte was born on May 16, 1969, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Charles R. and Cecelia (Branham) Justice, both of whom are deceased. She was married to Donald Risner and he preceded her in death in 2006.

Charlotte is survived by her 3 children: Westley (Jessica) Risner of Greenville, MO, Ashley Risner, and Bradley Risner both of Poplar Bluff, MO, 6 grandchildren: Westley Risner, Luke Risner, Spencer Risner, Delilah Risner, Isabella Sandoval, and Charlotte Lutes, 3 sisters: Rebecca Rose (Donnie) Cunningham of New Washington, OH, Janice Sue Brooks of Lakeland, FL, and Ginger Kay (Tim) Schlarb of Lakeland, FL, brother Larry Dean of Nashville, TN, and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 brothers: Richard Allen Justice, and Charles R. Justice Jr.

Charlotte graduated from High School with honors in Plymouth, Ohio, and managed a Winn-Dixie for several years. She was a full time caregiver to her mother Cecelia for several years, and her brother Charles for 15 years.

Charlotte will be remembered by her kindness and loving nature.

A funeral service for Charlotte will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, January 27, 2023, at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Minister Russell Howard will be officiating. Burial will follow at Nevada Cemetery.

Visitations will be held 2 hours prior to the service on Friday, at the funeral Home.
