Frances L. Larick

Frances L. Larick, age 91, of Harpster, Ohio, passed away on November 2, 2019 at 12:40am at Fairhaven Community in Upper Sandusky.

Frances was born on March 10, 1928 in Harpster, Ohio to Everett and Vera Belle (Murphy) Taylor, both of whom are deceased. She married Leo Larick on August 11, 1948 and he preceded her in death.

Frances is survived by a son, Terry (Jody) Larick of Harpster, and a daughter Teresa Beaschler of Harpster. 2 grandchildren, Jason (Leslie) Beaschler and Michael Beaschler, and a great grandchild, Hayden Beaschler.

Frances was preceded in death by her parents, husband Leo, her sister Vera Lucille (Dick) Soule, and her brother Kenneth H. (Helen) Taylor.

Frances graduated from Harpster High School in 1946 and went on to work at G.E. in Bucyrus, Mikes Drive In, and the Old General Store.

Frances was a member of the Harpster Mothers Club, Harpster Travel Club, and a life member of the Harpster United Methodist Church.

For hobbies Frances enjoyed working with her flowers, going on trips with the Harpster Travel Club, crocheting, and knitting. She loved to make things to give to her friends and sending cards as well.

Funeral services for Frances Larick will be held at 11:00am on Friday, November 8, 2019 at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky with Chaplain Steve Sturgeon officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Visitations will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm at Lucas-Batton Funeral Home.
