Jerry L. Davis

Jerry L. Davis, age 65, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and formerly of Columbus, passed away at his home on Wednesday, May 25, 2016.

Jerry was born on February 21, 1951 in Columbus, Ohio to George A. Davis, and Janet (Rife) Wygle.  His father has passed away and his mother is living in Harpster.

He is survived by his daughter, Wendy (Jeff) Courtad of Upper Sandusky, 4 grandchildren, a sister Linda Hall of Marion, a sister in law Patricia Davis of Naples, Florida and his loving companion Candy Luikart of Upper Sandusky, and special cousins. 

He was preceded in death by his father, 2 brothers Michael Davis, and Timothy Davis, and his step father Herman “Bud” Wygle.

Jerry was a truck driver for over 25 years and retired from North American Van Lines and drove from coast to coast

For hobbies he enjoyed gardening, camping, traveling, following the Ohio State Buckeyes, watching western movies, and listening to music.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Little Sandusky Cemetery with Chaplain Steve Sturgeon officiating.
