Dafne Yvonne Bianchi

Dafne Yvonne Bianchi, age 19, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Arthur James Cancer Hospital at OSU in Columbus, Ohio.

She was born on January 19, 1997 in Tiffin, Ohio to Jack M. and Leslie G. Nunley-Bianchi, who both survive in Upper Sandusky.

Dafne is survived by her brother Brett Bianchi of Upper Sandusky, maternal grandparents, Larry and Regina Nunley of Upper Sandusky, her aunts: Delayna (Terry) Somers of Tiffin, Melody Bianchi of Nevada, Sarah (Samantha) Brunty of Nevada and her uncle Samuel Bianchi of Marion. 

She is also survived by her boyfriend, Marcus Carroll of Coshocton, Ohio, and many great aunts, uncles and special cousins.

Dafne was a 2015 graduate of Upper Sandusky High School and studied early childhood education at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. 

She had worked for the last 4 years for Wendy’s in Upper Sandusky, and also for the City of Upper Sandusky this past summer.

Dafne attended Harvest Time Chapel in Vanlue, where she was active with the church worship team.  She also was involved with the youth at Reignite at Trinity Evangelical United Methodist Church in Upper Sandusky, where she took part in the worship team, leadership team, and also going on mission trips. 

Dafne also attended the Pentecostal Church of God Summer Church Camps for many years. 

Dafne had a passion for music, especially worship, which she and her brother Brett, led at various churches. She and her brother also competed with their music in the 2015 National Teen Talent Expo in Arlington, Texas.

She also enjoyed cheerleading, playing softball, being around children, and spending time outdoors to enjoy God’s creation.

Funeral services for Dafne Yvonne Bianchi will be held at 2:00pm Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Trinity Evangelical U.M.C. in Upper Sandusky, with Donny and Stephanie Rowland, Ohio P.C.G. Youth Directors officiating.  Burial will follow at Old Mission Cemetery, Upper Sandusky.

Visitations will be held on Friday, October 7, from 2:00pm to 8:00pm, and 1 hour before service time on Saturday, at Trinity Evangelical U.M.C. located at 108 Malabar Dr. in Upper Sandusky.
